1. Shipping Destinations Howzart ships exclusively to addresses within the UK.

2. Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order. All shipping rates will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is made.

3. Processing Times We partner with Inkthreadable to fulfil your orders. The standard processing time for orders is between 3-5 days, but can occasionally take up to 7 days.

4. Delivery Times After dispatch, the delivery time is dependent on the delivery option you've chosen:

• Royal Mail 24 services: Typically 1 to 3 days
• Royal Mail 48 services: Typically 2 to 5 days
• Courier: Next working day
