Refund policy
1. Personalised and Custom-made Items Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. Each print is made specifically to order, so please choose your designs and sizes carefully.
2. Non-delivery of Order If your order does not arrive, please notify us within 30 days from the confirmation of shipment. We will investigate the issue and may provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances. Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address during checkout, as we are not responsible for items sent to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
3. Faulty Goods Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you have the right to request a refund, replacement, or repair. This right is extended up to 30 days from the day of receipt.
To initiate a return for a defective item, please use the headline "RETURNS" and provide clear photographic evidence of the defect. Email your evidence and a brief description of the fault to hello@toporder.co.uk. Once we verify the defect, we will inform you of the next steps.
4. Effects of Returns on Faulty Goods If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds or replacements for faulty goods will be handled on a case-by-case basis and processed as quickly as possible.
5. Return Shipping In the case of a faulty item, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Detailed instructions on the return process will be provided once the return is approved.
